PHP ＜= 5.2.0 (php_iisfunc.dll) Local Buffer Overflow PoC (win32)

PHP 5.2.0以降に影響を受けるローカルPoCが出ています。StringをUnicodeに変換する際にバッファオーバフローが発生するそうです。
