Microsoft Released 2007 Time Zone Update for Windows Operating Systems （SANS）
Microsoftはサマータイムに関するパッチを１２月の定例パッチに合わせてだすそうです。
Microsoft released an update today for the change in Daylight Saving Time (DST) that goes into affect next spring in the United States due to the Energy Policy Act of 2005. The update also addresses some changes in other timezones.
This update is not currently showing up on Microsoft Update so users will need to download it manually for the time being if they want it. The update will be included on Microsoft Update, Automatic Update and WSUS starting December 12, 2006.

In 2006
DST began on the first Sunday in April (April 2, 2006), and changed back to standard time on the last Sunday in October (October 29, 2006). The time is adjusted at 2 AM.
From 2007
DST will start on the second Sunday in March (March 11, 2007), and change back to standard time on the first Sunday in November (November 4, 2007).
